California Children's Services

The California Children's Services (CCS) Program is for children with specific medical conditions, usually of a more serious or chronic nature. Through this program, children up to 21 years of age can receive services and/or equipment from a wide array of pediatric specialists who are in the CCS system. CCS will connect you with doctors and other health care specialists who know how to care for your child with special health needs.

Our staff can assist families with access to these medical specialists. Some financial assistance is provided through the local CCS office, if eligible. The child must be a California resident, have a specific medical condition or concern, and may be required to meet other financial conditions.
