9-18-2020 Update:  Community Development offices are closed to the public until further notice.

Biomass collection at Turtle Rock Park is tentatively scheduled to open Saturday, October 26 and will operate until Sunday, November 1.  The site will be open on Saturdays, Sunday, and Wednesdays. 

Recycling drop off at Woodfords is open from 9:00 am to 3:00 pm Monday through Fridays, sign in is not required.

 The Community Development Department is responsible for the following services:
  • Building: Building Official, Plan Check, Permitting, and Inspections
  • Planning: General Plan, Planning Commission, and Land Development 
  • Public Works: Airport Authority, Biomass Pile / Fuels Reduction,
    Buildings and Grounds, Community Centers, County Clean-up, Engineering / Surveying,  Local Transportation Commission, Recycling Center, Road Department, and Turtle Rock Park Campground
  • Economic Development Advisory Committee: Assists in the development and maintenance of a positive business environment
