About Intensive Mental Health Treatment Options
More intensive treatment options such as psychiatric hospitalization are also available to county residents when necessary. Because of the remoteness of our community and the limited resources within the county, the mental health program maintains contractual relations with high quality intensive services outside of Alpine county. These services, when clinically necessary, are available to residents of all ages regardless of ability to pay.
For further information, please contact Alpine County Behavioral Health Services or the After Hours Emergency line.
