She will review the document, make sure it's recordable and will also provide you with the exact recording fee.
If your recording pertains to a Mining Claim, Resolution No. R2024-68 requires that all unsecured taxes levied against the filer or transferrer must be paid prior to recording a Notice of Location, Affidavit of Labor, Intent to Hold, Grant Deed or Quitclaim Deed. Contact the Tax Collector to check the taxes and get a Tax Clearance Certificate.
