If you would like to request a space at the library for a meeting or event, please fill out and submit the form below. You may drop it off at the library for us to review, or scan it and submit it digitally by emailing us at library@alpinecountyca.gov. Applications must be submitted at a minimum of 1 day before the requested date.
County Conference Room Application Form
All applications are subject to declination if the date/time you are requesting has already been reserved by another party, if the event is not deemed suitable for the library space (i.e. paid events), or any other reason that library staff may see fit.
*PLEASE NOTE: This form is also not library specific, and can be used to request a space at any applicable county-operated location in Alpine County:
- Behavioral Health Services Conference Room
- Community Development conference room
- Markleeville Library Conference Room
- Markleeville Library Washoe Room
- Bear Valley Library Conference Room
