Join us on Friday, July 26 from 9am to 3pm for the next Forest Health Community Working Group field trip! Together with CAL POLY University, we are hosting a discussion of prescribed fire in eastern Alpine County, both past and future. You will board the coach bus at Turtle Rock Park at 9am to visit different sites around Markleeville and Woodfords to engage in a discussion of the use of prescribed fire in vegetation management around our communities.
