[ARCHIVED] Dutch Fire - UPDATE

Update: 6pm

Effective at 6pm Dutch Fire evacuation orders are lifted. Residents may return to their homes. Please be advised that emergency crews are still in the vicinity working to keep any existing hot spots managed. Please be aware that fire behavior can change rapidly, and residents should be prepared to evacuate again should the fire flare up and threaten the community again.



Update -10:41am

At 1200 hours the Dutch Fire evacuation center will be moved to the Alpine County Early Learning Center at 100 Foothill Road. There is a tentative time for lifting the evacuation order at 1900 hours. It's important to note this is just an estimate at this time Fire behavior can change rapidly based on wind and weather conditions.



The Dutch Fire is currently burning near the Hung a Lel Ti Community in Woodfords. Fire crews and emergency personnel are responding. The Hung a Lel Ti community has been evacuated. An evacuation center has been established at the Diamond Valley School Gymnasium at 35 Hawkside Drive. There is currently no ETA on when the evacuation orders will be lifted. This webpage will be updated with additional information as it becomes available.
